Welcome to Foley Industries. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Foley Industries provides custom manufacturing, additive manufacturing, prototyping, design services, product development, consulting, and related products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason permitted by law, including requests that violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or our company policies.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Material costs, shipping charges, taxes, and additional services may be added after the initial quote if the scope of work changes.

Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance.

Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice.

Custom orders may require full or partial payment before production begins.

Orders may not enter production until required payments have been received.

Many Foley Industries products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, dimensions, colors, spelling, artwork, and specifications before approving production.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Production schedules may change due to equipment maintenance, material availability, shipping delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping dates are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, custom manufactured items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives defective or production does not match the approved specifications.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Design concepts, renderings, CAD files, artwork, and prototypes remain the property of Foley Industries until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Design revisions beyond those included with your package may incur additional fees.

Customers represent that they have the legal right to submit all files, artwork, logos, models, and other materials provided to Foley Industries.

Customers accept full responsibility for any claims involving copyright, trademark, patent, licensing, or other intellectual property rights related to submitted materials.

Foley Industries may decline any project that appears to violate applicable intellectual property laws.

When requesting production of models obtained from websites such as MakerWorld or other online repositories, customers are responsible for ensuring the model's license permits the requested use, including commercial printing or third-party manufacturing where applicable.

Foley Industries is not responsible for verifying licensing permissions for customer-submitted models.

These characteristics are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

Foley Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended application.

Unless specifically stated, our products are not certified for life safety, aerospace, medical, military, structural, or other regulated applications.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products are sold as manufactured without additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

The Foley Industries name, logos, branding, product designs, graphics, and original content remain the intellectual property of Foley Industries.

No portion may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Customer information is used solely for fulfilling orders, providing support, and improving our services.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a refund, less any design work, administrative costs, payment processing fees, or materials already purchased.

Orders already in production may not be canceled.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles.

Foley Industries may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website.
